Except for ALDI offline stores and sales channels of the company headquarters, the company does not authorize or entrust any other institutions, online platforms, websites, or individuals to sell prepaid cards in any form.

    Article 5

Before the company sells prepaid cards, it should remind the purchaser to pay attention to the company's credit status and consume rationally.

If a card purchaser purchases prepaid cards by any payment method, the company shall issue a general value-added tax invoice of the corresponding amount in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and cannot issue a special value-added tax invoice. The content of the invoice is: prepaid card. Afterwards, when card purchasers use the prepaid cards to make consumptions in ALDI offline stores or the ALDI Mini Program Store, they shall not request any form of VAT invoice again. On the other hand, if the card purchaser applies for a refund of the card, the general VAT invoice issued should be returned (if no invoice but only a voucher was issued when the card was purchased, the voucher should be provided).

At the request of the company, the card purchaser shall sign a written card purchase agreement with the company.

    Article 6

When purchasing/receiving prepaid cards, the purchaser should check whether the prepaid cards are in good condition. If damage is found, they shall request to replace the cards in a timely manner.

The card purchasers can check the balance of their prepaid cards through the "Shanghai Cooperative Supervision Service Platform for Single-Purpose Prepaid Cards " (hereinafter referred to as the "Cooperative Supervision Platform") on the day after they purchase/receive the prepaid cards. If the result of the inquiry is inconsistent with the balance of the prepaid card, the card purchaser can directly contact the company (contact number: 400-820-1973).

Chapter Three: Use of Prepaid Cards

    Article 7

Card purchasers/cardholders can use the prepaid cards in ALDI offline stores and the ALDI Mini Program Store. The scope of use of prepaid cards is subject to the announcements of ALDI offline stores and the ALDI Mini Program Store.

Card purchasers/cardholders can log into the ALDI Mini Program, enter the prepaid card number and password to bind the prepaid card. After the prepaid card is bound, the physical prepaid card can no longer be used, and unbinding cannot be done. A prepaid card can only be bound to one member account of ALDI, and one ALDI member account can be bound to up to 50 prepaid cards. Card purchasers/cardholders can log into the ALDI Mini Program to check card number, balance, and transaction details of the bound prepaid cards.

When a card purchaser/cardholder purchases goods in offline ALDI stores, they can use the balance from unbound physical prepaid cards to pay for their orders or open the ALDI Mini Program to use the balance (including balance of red packets) of the bound prepaid cards to pay for the order. If the balance of the bound prepaid cards (including balance of red packets) is insufficient, the card purchaser/cardholder can use cash, credit card or other acceptable payment methods to make up the difference.

When the card purchaser/cardholder purchases goods in the ALDI Mini Program Store, they can use the balance of bound prepaid cards (including balance of red packets) to pay for the order. If the balance of the bound prepaid cards (including balance of red packets) is insufficient, the purchaser/cardholder can use WeChat Payment to make up the difference.

Card purchasers/cardholders can log into the ALDI Mini Program and use the balance of their bound prepaid cards to send red packets to other ALDI members. Card purchasers/cardholders can independently set the amounts of red packets within 200 yuan (inclusive). When they give out the first red packet, they need to set a payment password, which will be used every time they give out a red packet. After the red packet is received, the recipient will receive the amount specified in the red packet, which can be used to pay for orders in ALDI offline stores and the ALDI Mini Program Store. The balance of the prepaid card and the balance of the red packet can be used to pay for the same order at the same time. If the red packet is not received within 24 hours, the amount in it will be automatically returned to the original prepaid card. The balance of the red packet has no expiration date and cannot be used to further issue red packets to other ALDI members.

Before the company adjusts the scope of use of prepaid cards, it will be publicized in prominent locations in offline ALDI stores and the ALDI Mini Program Store. If the card purchaser requests to return the card due to the adjustment of the scope of use, the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Administrative Rules for Single Purpose Prepaid Cards shall apply.

Card purchasers/cardholders can only use prepaid cards in offline ALDI stores and the locations specified in ALDI Mini Program announcements.     Article 11

Card purchasers/cardholders can check their balance and transaction records through the ALDI Mini Program and the Shanghai Cooperative Supervision Platform for Single-Purpose Prepaid Cards (URL: https://yfk.sww.sh.gov.cn).

    Article 12

Chapter Four: Loss Report, Repair, and Replacement of Prepaid Cards

    Article 13

    Article 14

Prepaid cards cannot be reported as lost.

    Article 15

If the prepaid card cannot be used due to damage, demagnetization or other reasons, and the company verifies that there is still balance in the prepaid card, the card purchaser/cardholder can go to the place designated by the company to return or replace the card.

    Chapter Five: Return of Products

    Article 16

Chapter Six: Return of Prepaid Cards

    Article 17

If the prepaid card cannot be used because it is not activated within the validity period or there is still unused balance in the card after the validity period, the card purchaser/cardholder can continue to use the balance in the prepaid card by reactivating the card. The reactivation period is 36 months and can be extended again.

When the card purchaser/cardholder returns their cards, the balance in the prepaid cards held by the purchaser/cardholder shall be refunded to the original bank account of the card purchase by bank transfer, or to other designated bank accounts under the name the card purchaser/cardholder.

If the card purchaser/cardholder requests a refund for a prepaid card that has enjoyed any discounts or benefits at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid at the time of purchase or the balance in the prepaid card minus the aforementioned discounts and benefits.
