本《奥乐齐招聘隐私政策》(本隐私政策)适用于奥乐齐(中国)投资有限公司及其关联公司(我们奥乐齐)在招聘活动(招聘活动)中处理您个人信息,包括:(1)使用我们开展招聘活动相关的任何网站、邮箱、移动设备应用程序或其他与我们有关且链接或提及本隐私政策的服务平台(包括第三方服务平台);(2)受邀参与我们的面试。除非本隐私政策另有说明,本隐私政策不适用于我们为其它目的或通过其它途径处理您的个人信息。第三方直接处理您的个人信息的,适用其向您提供的隐私政策。

This ALDI Recruiting Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to ALDI (China) Investment Co., Ltd. or its affiliates (“We” or “ALDI”) to handle your personal information in recruiting activities (“Recruiting Activities”), including: (1) using any website, email, Apps or other service platforms related to us that link or refer to this Privacy Policy (including third-party service platforms); (2) being invited for our interviews. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy does not apply to our personal information handling activities for other purposes, by other means or by any third parties, which are governed by separate privacy policies.en

您同意本隐私政策表示您已了解我们开展招聘活动时所需的个人信息,并同意我们根据本隐私政策收集使用您的个人信息。如果根据本隐私政策,需要获得您的单独同意,我们会根据您的实际使用情况单独征求您的同意。

Your consent to this Privacy Policy means you understand that we collect and use your personal information during Recruiting Activities in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and we will seek your separate consent based on your actual use if it is required under this Privacy Policy.

1          个人信息的收集和使用 /The Collection and Process of Personal Information

在您参与我们的招聘活动时,我们将收集、处理您某些必要的个人信息。如您拒绝提供相应的个人信息,您将无法正常使用相对应的功能及服务。

When you participate in our Recruiting Activities, we will collect and handle your necessary personal information. If you refuse to provide corresponding personal information, you will not be able to be provided with the relevant functions and/or services.

1.1         关注公众号 / Follow Official Account

若您以微信平台账号登录并关注奥乐齐招聘微信公众号我们将根据您的授权获取相关账号的openidunionid、昵称、头像以及登录状态信息。该些信息是根据微信平台关注公众号而必须提供的,否则您将无法完成登录。我们会保存奥乐齐招聘微信公众号与该账号的关联关系,使您可以直接登录并在完成账号登录后进行操作。

If you log in and follow ALDI recruitment Wechat official account with your Wechat account, we will obtain the openid, unionid, username, avatar and login status of your Wechat account based on your authorization. The information is necessary for following the Wechat official account, otherwise you will be unable to log in it. We will retain the association between ALDI recruitment Wechat official account and your account, so that you can operate the Wechat account directly when you complete the logon in.

1.2         人才招聘 / Recruitment

当您参与我们的招聘活动时,为了了解您的履历背景,并与您及时取得联系,我们会收集您的以下个人信息包括:您的姓名、电子邮箱、留言信息以及您个人简历。您可以选择在简历上披露与应聘相关的您的个人信息,例如您的性别、出生年月日、联系方式、工作经历、教育背景等,但请您不要在简历中提供与招聘无关的个人信息,尤其是敏感个人信息(例如您的政治观点,宗教信仰、性取向或者犯罪记录等),如果您的简历中提供了上述个人信息,我们将不会留存上述个人信息。

When you participate in our Recruiting Activities, in order to understand your background and contact you promptly, we will collect your following personal information, including your name, e-mail address, message information and your resume. You may choose to disclose your personal information related to the job application, such as your gender, date of birth, contact information, work experience, educational background, etc. in your resume. However, please do not provide personal information irrelevant to the recruitment, especially sensitive personal information (such as your political views, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or criminal records, etc.), and if such information is provided in your resume, We will not retain it.

We may obtain your personal information from third-party providers, including: your basic information (name, gender, date of birth), contact information (mobile number, personal email, address), work experience (work experience, years of work, work place, desired occupation, desired work place), educational background information (education experience, duration and date, degrees earned, grades, etc.), and any other personal information you provide. The above personal information will be used for our Recruiting Activities to verify and determine the eligibility and employment qualifications of candidates and for background investigation. Before we indirectly obtain your personal information from third-party providers, we will request in writing that the third-party provider clearly inform you of their provision of your personal information through its privacy policy and obtain your explicit consent legally. If the above personal information involves sensitive personal information, we will demand the third-party provider to obtain your separate consent before providing it to us and require it to make a commitment to the legality and compliance of the source of the personal information.

1.3         内推服务/ Internal Reference

如果您作为奥乐齐员工,内推潜在应聘者或潜在员工的,我们将收集您的姓名、工号、职位类型及公司邮箱,以验证您是否符合内推的资格。我们不会将您的个人信息用于除此之外的其他目的,并将采取严格的安全措施以保护您的个人信息。

As an employee of ALDI, if you refer a potential candidate or employee, we will collect your name, employee ID, position and company email to verify whether you are qualified for internal reference. We will not use your personal information for other purposes, and will take strict security measures to protect your personal information.

1.4         受邀参与面试/ Invitation and Interview

当您收到并接受我们的邀请参与面试时:

为了验证您的身份,并与您取得联系,我们将收集您的姓名、生日、性别、手机号码、国籍、个人身份证明资料(身份证或者护照)、个人邮箱、居住地址

为了了解您的履历及求职意向,我们将会收集您的以下个人信息:累积社会工龄、目前年薪、期望年薪、工作记录、过往工作经验参考、个人简历、个人职业、职位、前任雇主、教育背景、学位、工作经历、成绩单、背景调查结果、以及招聘面试过程中您披露的或我们收集的其它信息

为了确定您能够从事我们所属行业的工作,我们可能会收集您的体检报告、现病史、传染病史以及个人和/或身体健康相关信息

1.4条下所收集的信息亦可能用于匹配和向您推介我们未来可能的岗位。

When you receive and accept our interview invitation:

In order to verify your identity and to contact you, we will collect your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, nationality, personal identification information (ID card or passport), personal email, and residential address.

In order to understand your resume and job intention, we will collect the following personal information: accumulated years of service, current annual salary, expected annual salary, work records, references to past work experience, resume, personal profession, position, former employer, education background, degrees, work experience, transcripts, background investigation results, and other information you disclosed or collected during the interview.

In order to make sure that you can work in our industry, we may collect your physical examination report, current medical history, history of infectious diseases and personal and/or physical health-related information.

The information collected under this section 1.4 may also be used to match and recommend our possible future positions to you.

1.5         提升招聘活动质量 / Improve the Quality of Recruiting Activities

当您参与招聘活动时,我们可能获取您参与该些活动的记录和(如您通过我们的公众号参加该些活动的)您使用的终端设备的相关信息,以便用于帮助分析和解决您在参与我们招聘活动的过程中遇到的技术问题。请注意,单独的设备信息是无法识别特定自然人身份的信息。如果我们将这类非个人信息与其他信息结合用于识别特定自然人身份,或者将其与个人信息结合使用,则在结合使用期间,这类非个人信息将被视为个人信息,除取得您的同意或法律法规另有规定外,我们会将这类信息做匿名化处理。

When you participate in Recruiting Activities, we may obtain records of your participation and information about the terminal device you use (such as if you participate in these activities through our official account), in order to assist with the technical problems you may encounter in the process of participating in our Recruiting Activities. Please note that separate device information is unable to identify a specific natural person unless we combine this non-personal information with other information for the purpose of identifying a specific natural person, or we combine it with personal information, in this case, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information during the period of combined use. We will anonymize such information unless your consent is obtained or as otherwise stipulated in laws and regulations.

In order to improve the service quality and timely verify and respond to your feedback, we may collect and save the text, pictures and voice messages you sent to us as well as the content of telephone or email communication with us.

1.6         基于位置信息权限向您提供附加服务/ Additional Services Based on Location Permissions

我们会在您开启位置权限后访问获取您的位置信息,从而推荐适配的门店,但我们不会综合您各个时段的位置信息以形成您的行踪轨迹。我们会在您查看职位详情时,根据您的位置信息推荐对应的门店。您可以通过奥乐齐微信招聘公众号页面右上角点击“”,点击“设置”按钮打开或关闭“位置信息”右侧开关,以选择打开或关闭位置权限。

we will access your location informationafter you turn on location permissions, in order to recommend suitable stores. However, we will not combine the locations at all time periods to form a trail of your whereabouts. Based on your location information, we automatically match you with nearby ALDI stores when you view the job details. You can click "... "at the upper right corner of the page of ALDI Wechat Official Recruitment Account. Click the "Set" button to turn on or off the switch on the right side of "Location Information" to select whether to turn on or off the location permission.

2          个人信息的共享、委托处理、披露和转移/Sharing, Entrustment, Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information

2.1         共享 / Sharing

我们不会与任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息,但以下情况除外:

·        获得您的明确同意后,我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息;

·        我们可能会根据法律法规规定,或按政府主管部门的强制性要求,对外共享您的个人信息;

·        与我们的关联公司共享:您的个人信息可能会与我们境内的关联公司共享。我们只会在必要、数量合理的范围内共享您的个人信息,且受本隐私政策所声明的使用目的约束。

·        与授权合作伙伴共享:仅为实现本政策中声明的目的,我们的某些服务将由授权合作伙伴提供。我们可能会与合作伙伴共享您的某些个人信息,以便更好地开展招聘活动。目前,我们的授权合作伙伴包括以下类型:供应商、服务提供商和其他合作伙伴。我们将信息发送给支持我们业务的服务提供商和其他合作伙伴,这些支持包括提供背景调查以及其他服务。

We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations or individuals, except in the following circumstances:

·        We will share your personal information with other parties with your express consent;

·        We may share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, or as required by the mandatory order from competent government authorities;

·        Share with our affiliated companies: your personal information may be shared with ALDI domestic affiliates. We will only share your personal information to the necessary extent, in reasonable quantities and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

·        Share with authorized partners: for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy only, some of our services may be provided by authorized partners. We may share certain of your personal information with authorized partners in order to provide better Recruiting Activities. Currently, our authorized partners include the following types: suppliers, service providers and other partners. We will send information to service providers and other partners that support our services, including providing background investigation and other services.

For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will enter into strict confidentiality agreements with them and demand them to handle personal information pursuant to our requirements, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

2.2         委托处理/ Entrustment

我们可能委托有能力的合作伙伴来处理您的个人信息,我们仅会出于本隐私政策明确的目的来委托其处理您的个人信息,且合作伙伴只能接触到其履行职责所需的个人信息。我们会与其签署严格的保密协定,要求他们按照我们的要求、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息如果合作伙伴超出委托范围处理您的个人信息,其将单独征得您的同意。在我们与合作伙伴终止或解除合作时,我们会要求合作伙伴将个人信息返还或者予以删除且不得保存或使用相关的个人信息。我们要求合作伙伴遵守严格的隐私规范,并仅为我们授权的目的保存和使用该等信息。

We may entrust competent business partners to handle your personal information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy only, and the business partners can only access to the limited personal information they need to perform their duties. We will enter into strict confidentiality agreements with these business partners and demand them to handle personal information pursuant to our requirements, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. If the business partner handles your personal information beyond the agreed purpose and method of handling, it will obtain your separate consent. When we terminate cooperation with our business partners, we will require them to delete related personal information and cannot store or use it anymore. We will also require them to comply with strict privacy regulations, and to save and use such information only for the purposes authorized by us.

未经您明示同意,我们不会使用或披露任何关于您的个人信息,但以下情况除外:

·        在本隐私政策允许的范围内;

·        应您要求向您提供服务所必需或为进行我们的招聘活动而必需;

·        或为保护我们员工、其他客户或其他公众的权利、财产或个人安全所必需。

如因招聘活动需要,我们确需向第三方披露您的个人信息的,我们在披露您的个人信息前,将告知您接收方的名称与联系方式,提供的个人信息的种类与范围,个人信息处理的目的和方式。我们将依照适用法律的要求进行适当的评估,并征求您的单独同意。

We will not use or disclose any of your personal information without your express consent, except in the following circumstances:

·        As required or authorized by law;

·        To the extent allowed by this Privacy Policy;

·        To provide services to you at your request or to conduct our Recruiting Activities;

·        To protect the rights, property or personal safety of our employees, other customers or other members of the public.

If we do need to disclose your personal information to a third party due to Recruiting Activities needs, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient, the types and scopes of the personal information provided, and purpose and method of handling personal information before we disclose your personal information. We will conduct an appropriate assessment in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and seek your separate consent.

2.4         转移 / Transfer

因合并、分立、解散、被宣告破产等原因需要我们转移个人信息的,我们将向我们全部或部分业务相关的继受人转让您的个人信息,并要求该公司继续根据本隐私政策使用和保护您的个人信息。

If the transfer of personal information is necessary in merger, separation, dissolution or bankruptcy, we will provide your personal information to the relevant successor all or part of our business, who will continue being bound by this Privacy Policy.

3          我们如何保护您的个人信息 / How We Protect Your Personal Information

我们非常重视您的个人信息安全,为此我们采取了符合行业标准的安全技术措施及配套的组织架构和管理体系等多层面保护措施,以最大程度防止您提供的个人信息被不当使用或在未经授权的情况下被访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏、丢失或泄漏。

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information. For this reason, we have implemented multi-level protection measures such as security measures in line with industry standards and supporting organizational structure and management system to protect the personal information you provided to us against improperly use or unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or leakage.

4          个人信息的储存/ Retention of Personal information

您的个人信息将储存在中华人民共和国境内。我们只会在达成本隐私政策所述目的所需的期限内保存您的个人信息,除非需要延长保存期或受到法律的允许。若您未能入职奥乐齐,为建立人力资源人才库,您的个人信息将在面试结束后三年内继续保存,用于匹配和推介我们未来可能的岗位。在您的个人信息超出保存期限后,我们会根据法律要求删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。如我们因业务需求或其他原因出现停止运营的情况,除非法律法规,规范性文件或本隐私政策另有规定,我们将会向您告知此类情况,并停止对您的个人信息进行收集处理,同时我们会删除已收集到的您的个人信息或对其做匿名化处理。

Your personal information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless an extension period is required, or it is allowed by the laws. If we fail to establish an employment relationship, in order to build up an HR pool, your personal information will be retained withinthree years after the interview for matching and recommending our possible future positions. When the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law. If we stop operation due to business needs or other reasons, unless otherwise specified by laws, regulations, normative documents or this Privacy Policy, we will inform you of such situation and stop collecting and handling your personal information. At the same time, we will delete the collected personal information or anonymize it.

5          个人信息的查询、更改及删除/ Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

5.1         查询和更改您的个人信息 / Access and Correction

若您需要查询您的个人信息,获得您的个人信息副本,或您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误、不准确或不完整时,您可以通过发送邮件至邮箱hr_operations@aldi.cn与我们联系,以对您的个人信息进行查询、更改和补充。

If you would like to inquire your personal information and request a copy of your personal information, or you are aware of any mistake, inaccuracy or incompleteness in your personal information handled by us, you can contact us by emailing hr_operations@aldi.cn to access to, correct and supplement your personal information.

5.2         删除您的个人信息 / Deletion

在以下情形中,您可以通过发送邮件至邮箱hr_operations@aldi.cn与我们联系,向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:

·        如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;

·        如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的同意;

·        如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定;

·        如果我们不再为您提供服务。

若我们决定响应您的删除请求,我们还将同时通知从我们处获得您的个人信息的实体,要求其及时删除,除非法律法规另有规定,或这些实体获得您的独立授权。当您从我们的服务中删除信息后,我们可能不会立即从备份系统中删除相应的信息,但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。

为保障安全,对于您上述查询、更改及删除个人信息的请求,我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。对于您合理的请求,我们将在15个工作日内做出答复。如您对我们的答复不满意,您还可以通过本隐私政策第七章列明的联系方式进行投诉。

对于您合理的请求我们会积极响应,但对多次重复、超出合理限度、给他人合法权益带来风险的请求,或者需要通过复杂技术手段才能实现的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。

In the following instances, you may raise a request to us to delete personal information by emailing hr_operations@aldi.cn:

·        If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

·        If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;

·        If we handle personal information in a way that violates our agreement with you;

·        If we no longer provide you with services.

If we decide to delete your information at your request, we will at the same time notify the entities that received your personal information from us and request them to delete your information promptly, unless otherwise stipulated in laws or regulations, or unless these entities are independently authorized by you. When information is deleted from our services, we may not immediately remove the same information from the backup system, but we will delete it when the backup is updated.

For security purposes, in the above-mentioned requests for access to, correction and deletion of your personal information, we may verify your identity before we process your request. We will proceed with your reasonable request and respond within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with our respond, you may file a complaint through the contact information listed in section 7 of this Privacy Policy.

We will cooperate with your reasonable requests. Requests that are unreasonably repetitive, highly impractical, pose risks to the legal rights and interests of others, or require excessive technical means, may be denied.

6          未成年人保护 / Protection of Personal Information of Children

我们尤为重视未成年人的个人信息保护。一般情况下,我们开展的招聘活动仅面向成年人。如果您为18周岁以下的未成年人,在参与我们的招聘活动时,请事先取得您的监护人的同意。如果我们发现无意收集了未成年人的个人信息,我们会于发现后的合理时间内设法尽快删除相关个人信息。

We attach particular attention to the protection of the personal data of minors. Generally, our Recruiting Activities only open for adults. For a minor under 18 years old, please obtain the consent of your guardian before involving in the Recruiting Activities. If we find out that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

8          隐私政策的更新 / Updates of the Privacy Policy

我们保留不时更改本隐私政策的权利并将通过我们的网站、公众号或第三方平台发布或以其他合理方式通知您。若未经您明示同意,我们不会削减您按照本隐私政策所应享有的权利。请您仔细阅读变更后的隐私政策内容,如果您对隐私政策的修改、更新内容有异议,您可以选择停止参与我们的招聘活动。但请您知悉,您停止使用我们服务之前的行为和活动仍受本隐私政策的约束。

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any amendment to the Privacy Policy, we will inform you through our website, official account, third-party platform or other reasonable ways. Without your express consent, your rights under this Privacy Policy will not be reduced. Please read the updated privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the updated privacy policy, you may choose to stop involving in our Recruiting Activities. However, please be aware that your behaviors and activities before are still subject to this Privacy Policy.

9          附则 / Supplementary Provisions

本隐私政策的解释及争议解决均应适用中华人民共和国法律。与本隐私政策相关的任何纠纷,双方应经友好协商解决;若不能协商解决,您在此同意将争议提交至奥乐齐(中国)投资有限公司所在地的人民法院。

如果有管辖权的任何法院裁定或判决本隐私政策的任何条款无效,则该条款将从本隐私政策中移除,但该条款的无效不影响本隐私政策其余条款的效力。本隐私政策的其余条款将继续执行。

The interpretation and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute related to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved by both parties through friendly consultations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultations, you hereby agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Court having jurisdiction over the location where ALDI (China) Investment Co., Ltd. resides for resolution by litigation.

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is ruled or judged invalid by any court with jurisdiction, the provision will be removed from this Privacy Policy. The validity of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
